Euro Pane opened a second location earlier this year. I checked it out on Saturday and the egg salad was as good as I remembered. It was odd that almost 80% of their menu was sold out by 12:30. I was greatly fearing I wasn’t going to get that delicious eggy sandwich. What’s more odd is I really am not fond of eggs. There’s just something magical about this sandwich though.
We also got the pulled pork sandwich. The sauce was too sweet and the meat was very chunky. It came with shredded cabbage. I wish we had gotten another egg salad.
At least it was a sweet ending.

I can’t wait to see the new place. I heard it’s beautiful. I’ll stick with Old Faithful. Thanks for the review.

Hahah, so are you sticking with Old Faithful out of loyalty? I gotta tell you some of the people from the old shop work at the new one and there’s one guy who is SO ANNOYING. But whatever.

Hmm, that egg salad sandwich is a bit more chopped up than I remembered (at least at the original location) — mine was almost like half medium boiled eggs on a single layer. But yes, magical stuff — doubly so when combo’d with their sea salt caramel macaron.

That’s what my friend said when she saw the egg salad pic. I definitely don’t remember it being so chopped up before. It still tasted wonderfully.
