Los Feliz: New Year’s Eve at Big Bar
I almost don’t want to tell you about this New Year’s Eve party I’m going to. I checked out Big Bar last year and it was so much fun I’m going again this year! The party starts at 3 p.m. Big Bar plans to celebrate every time zone from 3 p.m. to LA’s own midnight celebration with a different drink each hour.
This year’s drink postcards
Last year Big Bar stamped a “passport” for each time zone’s celebratory drink. This year, Big Bar has stepped up its game with postcards of each drink. It’s so much fun because the recipes are on the back. Wouldn’t it be great to be celebrating with that special drink from Santiago again?

Plus each hour has music to coordinate with the time zone being celebrated. Like Sigur Ros at 5 p.m. for Iceland.
