Let’s Go to the LA Tequila Festival, Saturday, September 9 at LA Center Studios
The Los Angeles Tequila Festival returns this Saturday, September 9 to the LA Center Studios in Downtown Los Angeles.
Proceeds from the LA Tequila Fest benefit the Cardenas Family Foundation which provides support and scholarships to students in underserved areas.
Gates open at 1:30 p.m. and the event runs until 6:30 p.m. which gives you plenty of time to try over 75 tequila and mezcal tastings. I highly recommend rideshare.
I had so much fun last year as the fest includes not just unlimited tastings but food and music. I loved the spontaneous dance parties. I’m also looking forward to the mixology demos, outdoor games and marketplace.
I can’t wait to see Casa San Matias, Salvadores Mezcal, El Samaritano, Cazcanes, El Tesoro, Mijenta and so many more! I discovered Izo Spirits last year and am glad to see they’re returning. It’ll be fun to try new to me brands like Soledad, Cabal, Yeyo and I’m going to be on the look out for raicilla and sotol.
