Hollywood: Pastrami at The Oinkster

 

Continuing my exploration of Hancock Park/ Hollywood, I checked out the newest location of the Oinkster.

 

While I wanted the pastrami, my friend ordered it so I couldn’t order the same thing. Luckily I got a bite. I loved the super thin slices.

 

Initially I was debating chili cheese fries but since I got a chili cheese burgers, I opted for onion rings. Regular fries are great, too!

 

While I deciding on the whole chili thing, the counter girl offered me a sample of the chili which sealed my fate. Chili cheese burger it is! It was messy, just the way it should be. Next time I’m getting pastrami though!

I’m very happy Oinkster is in the neighborhood. I see a lot of summer ube shakes in my future. And pastrami. Did I mention the pastrami? Yep, it’s all about the pastrami.
