BLVD Cocktail Company is one of the latest bars to open in Las Vegas. It’s located just outside the Linq Hotel and the High Roller Observation Wheel. With cool art, live entertainment and well-made drinks, BLVD is a fun spot.
Nikka Coffey Grain Old Fashioned
I wasn’t feeling anything crazy my first night in town. After a bite at Flour and Barley, we stopped in for a night cap. I rarely order old fashioned whiskey cocktails but when I do, I go for Nikka Coffey Grain if the bar has it. It’s really excellent.
Cynar Negroni
A couple nights later, we decided to go back and sit on the patio. BLVD was packed because they have a nightly piano player and entertainment. This time I went with my favorite Negroni variation, swapping out Campari for Cynar.
I really enjoyed finding these spots next to the Linq. They feel much like bars and restaurants at home rather than tourist traps.
