DTLA: All Night Happy Hour at Nick & Stef’s
$2 oysters at Nick & Stef’s
After my guest bartending stint at Nick + Stef’s, I sat down to enjoy all night happy hour. Many Downtown office workers will tell you they love happy hour and to find one that goes beyond 7 PM (or 6PM for some sneaky restaurants and bars) is simply amazing.
First I wanted to get some oysters which they had 3 different kinds that night at $2 a pop. It was worth a short to order all three to taste.

I also wanted a simple green salad and the bar menu had one. The greens were amazingly fresh and it had the perfect amount of dressing.

My friend decided to get the short ribs flatbread. This would be great to share.

And we couldn’t pass up onion rings. I get every time I see them on a menu.
burger with garlic fries
I could have ordered the inexpensive sliders but I rather have a big burger. Plus this came with fries! I chose the garlic fries.

It was juicy and a fine steakhouse burger.
I’d say this happy hour is a win – all night, fresh oysters, a tasty burger and wonderful sides.
