Las Vegas: Lobster Roll at Lobster ME
One of the quickie meals I had in Las Vegas during my road trip week with Acura’s ILX was at Lobster ME located at the Miracle Mile Shops on the Strip.
We had gotten In N Out earlier in the day so it was a fast casual sort of day. It wouldn’t be fair to compare it to Neptune in Boston, home of my favorite lobster roll but I don’t have anything else to really compare it to as I’ve never really eaten a lobster roll from the mall before. And I can’t compare it to Son of a Gun in LA, home of the baby lobster rolls.
So, I’ll just tell you that we liked the lobster roll for what it was- a snack before our dinner. We also got chowder andlobster bisque respectively. I really liked my clam chowder. It was hot and nicely spiced. The bisque on the other hand wasn’t as good but I generally like chowder over bisque anyway. I was pretty surprised how substantial this meal was (oh really? heavy creamy soup and huge chunks of lobster is filling- news to me!) so we didn’t eat dinner at Estiatorio Milos, my current favorite restaurant in Vegas, until much later.
