DTLA: Happy Hour at 10e
In Downtown Los Angeles, there are no shortage of happy hours for office workers. But to find one without the usual bar fare is exciting. Enter 10e, the latest Mediterranean spot in DTLA.
After looking over the cocktails list, I decided to get a beer. Both bottle and draft beers are $5 during happy hour (3-7 p.m.) and glasses of wine go for $6. If you do want a signature cocktail, they’re $7 during happy hour.
I got the Dubbel Fisted from Iron Fist Brewery. It was very tasty and I’m glad my initial choice Spaten Optimator was out (a super safe choice).
We were heading to dinner so we only ordered a few snacks. The falafel was very good with an unexpected crunch.
We also got hummus which were served with huge puffy things instead of regular pita bread. I liked the puffs. After this good experience for happy hour, I’d like to come back for dinner one evening.
