DTLA: The Foie Gras and Unagi Bun at Chaya DTLA
Recently Chaya in Downtown Los Angeles welcomed new chef, Joji Inoue. They’re enjoying their summer beer garden and some new box sushi from Chef Joji but it’s the foie gras bun that has captured my attention.
It comes one per order but that’s all you need, right? The bun gets even better with eel on top of the foie gras. Unagi and foie, friends forever.
