Foodbeast is hosting Ooze Fest this Saturday, October 10 in Santa Ana. They will be celebrating National Cheese Month with the world’s largest grilled cheese stack and debuting over 20 brand new cheese dishes. There are two sessions to choose from with a couple of highlights.

The standard ticket is $50 and VIP is $75. If you opt for the VIP ticket, you get in one hour early. For example, you’ll get in at noon instead of 1 for first session or 5 p.m. instead of 6 for session 2. Plus VIP gets swag including a commemorative glass. All tickets include all-you-can-eat and drink beer fun!

Participating vendors include La Sriracha Racha, Shuck, Social, Grilled Cheese Truck, Grits Fullerton, Little Sparrow, Crow Bar and Kitchen, Blackmarket Bakery, Burntzilla, East Los Musubi, Slapfish and Front Porch Pops.
Shuck will be doing apple cheese empanadas. Little Sparrow looks great with Indian Fry Bread with bone marrow. I know plenty of people will freak out over Grits Fullerton’s pollo fundido with fried chicken skin. And the La Sriracha Racha’s Mexican spicy cheesecake ice cream sandwich looks fun.
