Beverly Hills: Avec Nous at L’ermitage Now Open
Avec Nous at the L’ermitage is now open. The restaurant with Chef Olivier Quignon brings the flavors of the French Riviera to Beverly Hills. I was invited to sample small bites while touring the revamped space. I hadn’t been to the former restaurant Livello before but I understand the restaurant is much cozier now with nooks instead of one large dining room. There’s a cute patio on the side and a lovely bar with a beautiful marble bar top.
I enjoyed the carrot and crab soup as well as the cote de boeuf. Dessert fiends will love the amaretto floating island dessert. Expect wine and classic cocktails such as the Toronto.
I can’t wait to return for brunch! I’d get the American breakfast or the Nicoise salad. For dinner, I’d get the sea scallops with mushy broccoli (!!) or the steak frites.
