Las Vegas: The Lady Silvia
Tired of the strip in Las Vegas? Head Downtown for a less frenetic experience. Enter The Lady Silvia for a low-key lounge.
The lounge gave off the impression I was sitting in someone’s library. For a Friday evening around 11 p.m., there were a few groups scattered about. I had a gin and tonic so I’ll have to go back to try some of their specialty drinks. They do proclaim themselves to be a speakeasy. We had missed the Jazz happy hour hours earlier that Friday but they do have other programming that looks cool including business mixers and art events. So this feels more like a bar for the locals than tourists.
High above the English style library setting, the ceiling pulsates with artful graffiti.
