Eater Young Guns Eve Party at LACMA on June 23

On June 23, Eater will be throwing a party for their Eater Young Guns at LACMA. That evening, they’ll announce the Young Guns finalists.
Of the 50 semi-finalists, three are from Los Angeles including Chef de Cuisine Tristan Aitchison from Providence, Executive Chef Charlie Parker from Freddy Smalls and Pastry Chef Hourie Sahakian from Short Cake. See the full list of semi-finalists here.
All are under 30 or have worked in their field 5 years or less, work in the United States and show extraordinary promise.
Last year LA had 2 finalists, let’s go for 3 this year!
