DTLA: Falafel and Lamb at Dune
Mezze with falafel and lamb
Dune DTLA opened a few weeks ago. It replaced Secret Chinese Delivery on the corner of Olympic and Broadway. This is the second location of the popular falafel shop in Atwater Village.
I decided to try a little of everything so I went for the mezze plate with falafel and lamb.
You get a generous amount of hummus along with salad, bread, pickled vegetables as well as the well flavored lamb and crispy falafel.

My friend ordered the interesting fried chicken “shawarma.” He seemed to like it though I probably would have liked the pickles on the side.
I liked my lamb and falafel best so I will be getting either as a sandwich next time.
