DTLA: Mediterranean at Soom Soom Fresh

Soom Soom
In my quest to explore all the new Downtown Los Angeles lunch options, I headed over to the new Corporation Food Hall and checked out Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean.

falafel
There are a number of options of which we decided to try the basics first. My friend had the falafel which she liked.

beef kebob
I had the beef kebobs. First you get to decide if you want to get it as a plate, a wrap or in a pita. I decided a plate was the way to go. I got pretty excited by all the fresh salads I could choose from. I really liked the cabbage and the hummus. I opted for cous cous but you could also choose rice. My plate also came with a fluffy pita.
Overall I know I would return to Soom Soom. It’s more affordable than other similar spots and I feel you don’t even get as many choices in sides.
I want to try the shwarma next.
