PigOut 3.0 Hits Costa Mesa Sunday, August 24

PigOut returns to Orange County on Sunday, August 24. The pork-centric food fest features an incredible piggy this year- a pig that’s been fed the spent Templeton rye whiskey mash. It’s one of the 25 pigs Templeton has been raising. It begs the question which came first; the pig or the whiskey? Find out when Chef Amar from Broadway Restaurant takes up the challenge to prepare something pork-tastic.

Besides the usual great food and drinks, check out the pork butchery demo which is new to this year’s fest. I’m also excited for the pig farmer Q&A. There’s a knife demo as well.

I’m looking forward to trying food from Mesa, Little Sparrow, Ways and Means plus drinks from 320 Main, Arc, Ink., and the Playground!
