Negroni Week this year is June 1-7. Participating bars from around the world have picked their favorite charity to donate $1 for every Negroni sold during Negroni Week. All have chosen worthy charities but I’m partial to Inspire Artistic Minds which helps people in the hospitality industry. Recently the LA Cocktail Community suffered a loss with a bartender friend to suicide. Many bars in Los Angeles are banding together for Negroni Week and they are donating to the Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center.

Harlowe will be celebrating Negroni Week with a special party on Wednesday, June 3 with Beefeater Gin. Make a small donation to Inspire Artistic Minds (only $2!) to RSVP for the party. Drink specials will include and part of the drink sales will go directly to IAM.

Frozen Chocolate Negroni – Beefeater Gin, sweet vermouth, coco infused Campari, salt, tincture

White Negroni Sour – Beefeater gin, Suze, Fino Sherry, lemon, egg white
