Hollywood: New Fall Happy Hour Special at Spare Room
Ludlow Street Collins
Spare Room recently named Naomi Schimek as the new Beverage Director. I was invited last week to celebrate her new gig and to check out the new Happy Hour special. Every Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m., enjoy $7 Ludlow Street Collins, $6 pastrami Reubens or turkey Rachels, $3 beer and 1/2 priced bowling. What a deal!

The pastrami really complemented the Ludlow Street Collins(bay laurel infused Beefeater gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, kosher dill juice). I love savory cocktails. Plus I’m a pickle fiend so getting one with my cocktail and another pickle spear with my sammie was heavenly.
I couldn’t stay for bowling but I hope to make it back out soon to check it out. I also want to head back to do a little bar stalking…hot bartenders alert!
